Job Title: Registered Service Manager Ofsted Supported Accommodation
Lead our Ofsted-registered Supported Accommodation Service for young people aged 16–18. We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic leader to deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred support in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.
You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, oversee admissions, ensure safeguarding excellence, and work closely with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
What you’ll do:
Lead and motivate a skilled staff team.
Maintain compliance with Ofsted Quality Standards.
Ensure robust safeguarding and care planning.
Manage budgets, resources, and property standards.
Build strong multi-agency relationships
What you’ll bring:
- Proven leadership in a residential andb commuuity settings.
- In-depth safeguarding and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for making a difference in young lives

Salary: Negotiable
