  • Admissions, matching and placement stability

We prefer planned admissions and require full referral details to complete a matching assessment. A move-in plan is agreed in advance, covering induction, first-week routines, and early goals.

Urgent admissions are only accepted when sufficient information is available to assess safety and suitability. All decisions, rationales, and actions are recorded in Lief and signed off by the RSM or NI.

Our Admissions Process:

  • Admissions Gate Checklist: Completed and filed in Lief

  • Matching Matrix: Demonstrates compatibility with household and staff skills

  • First-Week Plan: Includes introductions, house rules, Wi-Fi safety, daily routines, and an initial life-skills baseline

  • Verification of Referral Information: Completed within 24–48 hours, with escalation if delayed

  • Comprehensive Induction: Covers complaint procedures, advocacy options, and access to health services

Placement Stability:

We review suitability at agreed intervals and escalate to the placing authority if needs exceed what supported accommodation can provide.

Our matching process ensures:

  • Compatibility with existing household dynamics

  • Appropriate staff skills and experience

  • Suitable location for education, health, and family contact

  • Clear understanding of support needs and risk factors
