Job Title: Support Workers Ofsted Supported Accommodation

Join our dedicated team providing high-quality support to young people aged 16–18 in our Ofsted-registered Supported Accommodation Service. We’re looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive individuals to help young people develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to thrive.

You’ll work directly with young people to support daily living, education, employment, and emotional wellbeing, while ensuring their safety and promoting positive life choices.

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day support to young people in supported accommodation

• Support care and independence plans in line with individual needs

• Promote safeguarding and emotional wellbeing at all times

• Encourage engagement in education, training, and community activities

• Maintain accurate records and reports

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working with young people in supported accommodation or similar settings (desirable)

• Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant regulations

• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

• The ability to stay calm under pressure and respond to challenges effectively

Location: Leicester
Salary: Negotiable
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
